About Yamini

My interest in programming began with curiosity about how software works and how problems can be solved through code. This interest led me to complete a Master’s in Computer Science, where I developed strong knowledge and technical skills. Over the past 7 years, I have taught students from different backgrounds, helping them learn programming in a simple and structured way.

I believe that programming should be taught with clarity and patience. My teaching approach focuses on explaining concepts step by step and encouraging students to practice regularly. I create a comfortable learning environment where students can ask questions, make mistakes, and learn without pressure. This helps them build confidence and improve steadily.

Outside teaching, I continue learning new technologies and working on coding projects. This helps me keep my lessons updated and practical. Teaching programming is very meaningful to me because I see students grow from beginners to confident problem solvers. Helping them develop logical thinking, independence, and strong technical skills is one of the most rewarding parts of my teaching journey.

About the lesson

Programming becomes easier when students understand how to think logically rather than just memorise code. My lessons focus on building strong foundations in coding concepts such as variables, loops, conditions, functions, and basic algorithms. I explain each topic in simple steps so learners can follow comfortably without confusion. I also include practical coding exercises and real-life examples to show how programming works in everyday applications. Each session is interactive and supportive, helping students build confidence while learning at their own pace.

As learners progress, lessons become more detailed and application-based. Beginners focus on understanding syntax and writing simple programmes. Intermediate students work on structured coding, debugging, and small projects. Advanced learners focus on algorithms, problem-solving techniques, and building efficient programmes. I provide regular practice, guidance, and feedback to ensure students understand each concept clearly and improve consistently over time.

Programming helps students develop strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking. As they gain confidence, they become more comfortable breaking down complex problems into smaller steps and finding solutions. These skills are useful not only in coding but also in many areas of study and life. My goal is to make programming simple, engaging, and practical so students feel confident in their ability to learn, apply, and grow in the world of technology.
