- I'm a Registered Nurse working through a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) master's program, so I'm in this material every day — not teaching it from notes I took years ago.
- I work with nursing students at any stage: prerequisites, BSN coursework, and NCLEX prep. Pharmacology, mental health, and fundamentals are my strong suits.
- I focus on the why. Anyone can memorize an answer, but nursing exams and the NCLEX test whether you can reason through a scenario — so that's what we practice.
- A typical session: we figure out what you're stuck on, I walk through it in plain language with real clinical examples, we work practice questions out loud so I can see where your thinking slips, and I point you toward what to review next. I build practice questions around the specific things giving you trouble.
