About Janhavi
I'm a M.A Clinical Psychology and M.Sc Applied Child Psychology (UK).
Along with this I've also been a classical dancer, competitive swimmer an instructor with a nature/adventure travel company. I have experience working with children and adults on development of social-emotional skills.
I also work as a school counselor and a therapist.

Being a psychologist, I understand the importance of individualization and practical knowledge. That is exactly what my methodology will include. It will also be a good blend of psychology as well as skill development.
Step 1: this will include a deep understanding of the issues/problem areas of the individual
Step 2: in this step, I and the individual will collaborate on identifying the actual needs and areas to work upon.
Step 3: work on the needs through activities, projects and guided introspection
Maximum 1-2 hours per week with time given between classes for reflection and activities. Regular follow-ups will be done every week.
