About Andi
I have over 3 years of academic support experience within Post-16 education. Many of my students experienced differences in learning so I have lots of support strategies to bring to our sessions.
I trained as a Learning Support Assistant and will always work at your pace and to meet your needs. My classes are inclusive and LGBTi friendly.
I have a full honours degree in psychology from the Open University (First) and these studies, as well as my TEFL teaching certificate and my Level 3 English literacy subject support qualification, prepare me well for working alongside students to support their learning outcomes.

I believe tutoring should always be a collaborative process so I like students to come to sessions with questions that we can work together to solve.
I can offer academic support with psychology (however, I am not the best with stats), basic electronics from my years in the repair industry and support dyslexic students to develop useful study skills strategies. As a dyslexic myself, supporting students with dyslexia is particularly important to me.
I cannot promise to have all of the answers off the top of my head but we can work together to improve your understanding and success in your studies.
