About Ella
I am a psychology graduate with a keen interest in self-development and positive psychology. When I was 18 I started exploring the world of self-development and everything that comes with it. Five years later and I have picked up considerable skills and systems that I can pass on to you. My specific interests include gratitude practices, meditation, mindfulness, self-compassion, and confidence. I have read hundreds of books, completed tens of online courses, and continue to broaden my knowledge every day.

My teaching method is tailored to you. In my first session with you, we will sit down and talk about what you want to achieve together. From there on, we will create a detailed plan and goals to achieve that we'll need to tick off to get there. I am kind, patient, and empathetic. Everything we speak about is confidential and you will feel safe and supported.
