Moved to UK over 12 years ago, studied in UK in another language and overcome so many obstacles to be able to stand where I am today. I can help you create a pathway that you can see a better future. I can help you to overcome feeling stuck and create a clear vision of what you want, help you to develop a positive mindset and overcome obstacles.

Nearing the end of my PhD journey to become a Doctor in psychology. After finishing MSc in psychology and Master in cognitive Neuroscience and Neuropsychology. I started working in the Brain injury department and gradually my work experience inspired me to life coaching and that lead me to commence studying and I will soon obtain ICF (International Coaching Federation) certificate.
Other than being personal coach, I focus primarily in accountability and personal development. Session are 45 minutes long and can be in English or Persian/Farsi.
After a discovery call with my clients, we set out the structure that suits both of us to get the best results out of it.
