About Abeera

I’m passionate about teaching psychology, sociology, and English because these subjects allow us to explore the depths of human behaviour, society, and communication. What excites me about these fields is their ability to connect theory with real-world experiences, helping students better understand themselves and the world around them. In psychology, I aim to make complex concepts relatable by showing how they apply to everyday life, fostering self-awareness and empathy. Sociology offers the opportunity to explore the structure of society and the forces that shape it, giving students a broader perspective on social issues. English provides a space for creative expression and critical thinking, where students can analyse texts, develop strong writing skills, and explore diverse viewpoints. What sets me apart is my commitment to creating an inclusive and engaging environment. I believe in tailoring my approach to each student's learning style, offering support and encouragement every step of the way. By fostering open discussions, encouraging critical thinking, and making connections to students' lives, I will help them not only succeed academically but also develop the skills to think deeply and communicate effectively.
