I am a 1st year psychology student who loves children and I've decided to start tutoring for young children in my city to reassure them that they can do anything they set their minds to and to never doubt their abilities.

My teaching method is to explain new material to the student(s) using visuals to make learning more interactive. If they don't understand I try to explain in a different way than was taught or by clarifying. If mistakes are made, I want to understand why the student made that mistake and also clarify why they were wrong and help them to fix their mistakes.
