About Margareta
I am a second-year Psychology student with experience in working with young people and an interest in Psychology and English. At university I have been involved in volunteering with young people and writing articles for student journals. I also have experience with essay writing from my degree and my high school education (IB).
In IB, I received 42 points and took Psychology (HL), English (HL), Business Management (HL), Maths (SL), Physics (SL) and German (SL). My GCSEs were all A-A* and I took Maths, English language and literature, Co-ordinated sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Physics), History, Geography, Business studies and German.
I love working with people and helping them understand topics that I am also passionate about. The reason I want to tutor is so that I can witness the beautiful "aha!" moment, when a student finally understands. Psychology is a very exciting subject and I would love to help you discover its beauty.

I give lessons to students in secondary schools or Psychology undergraduates in their first or second year. When approaching a topic, I like to base my explanation on real-life examples and then move to more abstract ideas. I am also a big believer in learning "outside the classrom", i.e. by visiting museums or other real places, where the student can create personal links to the studied topics. When tutoring, I am persistent and patient, and I like to base my tutoring style on the learning style of the student.
