About Kaushik Akash
There are many reasons I want to teach. Firstly, I have been told that I have a knack for teaching, so I decided to help people who were struggling with academics in school. And I slowly realized that teaching makes me feel satisfied, especially when my students succeed in their goals. Another reason would be I need a part-time job for my expenses as a college student. While teaching the main thing I look out for is if students feel comfortable. Comfort as in if they are fine with a style of teaching. Only when they are comfortable can they learn efficiently and also helps boost confidence.

About the lesson

First step would be assessment of the student's level through some questions and past papers. Next I would identify their strengths and weaknesses and tailor the lesson according to it. Depending on the students' learning style the lesson can last from 1-2 hours. Although I don't have any qualifications, I have experience in tutoring, leaving certificate students especially. The lessons are mainly for Leaving Cert students (higher or ordinary). However, Junior Cert students are welcome as well.
