About Katherine
I have a B.A. in psychology and a minor in philosophy. I chose my major because I so thoroughly enjoyed my AP Psychology class! I have tutored students in AP psychology before, and I am passionate about inspiring others to see how fascinating the study of psychology can be.

Learning about psychology is fascinating and fun because learning about psychology teaches you about your society, your world, and most importantly - you!
I am passionate about giving relevant, real world examples that are specific to your interests for every topic we cover. I want to engage you and help you approach psychology not as a list of topics to memorize, but as a wide web of interconnected ideas and theories that are easy to remember once you fully understand them.
These sessions are targeted at high schoolers or college students currently enrolled in a psychology class. Every session, we will review your notes together, focusing on topics you do not understand. We will have conversations in which I will assess your understanding of the topic before I present you with tangible, interesting examples to help your understanding.
