About Dayna
I am a Psychology undergrad student who has received her Secondary School diploma and a Regional Arts Dance Program diploma with it. I have taught dance classes to kids for a few years and my last job was working at a school during their after school program, I was supposed to teach at their Summer camp before Covid-19. I have experience in tutoring high school kids in English and it has always been one of my strongest subjects.

I first build rapport with my students so that they feel more comfortable sharing what they have trouble with. I like to show examples and ask open ended discussion questions to allow us to exchange ideas and keep building off one another. I try to keep the environment as open and relaxing as possible so that everyone is comfortable and I give ideas and pointers but make sure students are still creating their own ideas.
