About Karen

I am a third-year law student at King’s College London, with a previous degree in Jurisprudence and Social Thought from Amherst College, Massachusetts.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology focuses heavily on discussion, developing critical thinking skills, efficient note-taking. I am experienced with creating mind maps for more visual learners and am happy to record lessons for students who need the occasional refresher!

Karen proofread many of my essays at University, and she is patient, engaged, knowledgeable, and friendly. However, she was also able to challenge my ideas and provide constructive criticism. I have seen her passionately and competently working with children, teenagers, and fellow university students. Karen is an excellent tutor, and she always seems to find a way to connect with those around her and find a way forward.
