About Samantha
My name is Samantha, and I am currently pursuing a Medicine degree at University College Dublin. One of my biggest aspirations in medical school is to become a pediatrician. A notable experience I had was volunteering at a preschool, where I educated young students about my profession. Through this experience and my time as a tutor, I discovered my passion for teaching and working with others.

My approach to tutoring focuses on helping students better grasp concepts through real-world applications, projects, and exam preparation. By interpreting ideas within societal contexts, engaging in practical activities, and honing test-taking skills, I aim to make learning both meaningful and effective. However, if parents and students prefer to concentrate solely on schoolwork and curriculum-specific assistance, I am fully equipped to provide that support.
Each lesson typically ranges from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours, tailored to the desired length of study. With over 60 hours of community service tutoring experience, I have taught grade 11 chemistry, grade 11 psychology, sociology, and anthropology, as well as grade 8 and 9 French.
My lessons cater to primary and secondary school students, from grades 1 to 11, ensuring a comprehensive and adaptable teaching experience for various educational levels and needs.
