I have experience in supporting children, young people and adults to achieve positive outcomes in education, employment and training covering functional skills levels 1 & 2 as well as a number of vocational courses such as Youth Work, Residential Childcare, Supporting teaching and learning and counselling at levels 1, 2 and 3.
I prefer to practice in a person centred way and will aim to meet your needs as a facilitator as well as deliver holistically through individualised lesson plans, schemes of work and resources.
