I love this lady and her class. She delivers a fun class that honestly goes so quickly and you don’t even realize you're working your muscles that you didn’t even know you had until the day after. Naomi sure knows her hoops and always spends time explaining and demonstrating and making sure that everyone understands. Quite simply she rocks.
