He thinks she is an excellent tutor who offers him high-quality exam orientated feedback with great advice and analysis and helps him to draft answers and practice for the speaking and writing components of the exam. She builds on the past lessons and sends an updated set of notes after each lesson. She is structured in her approach but also flexible to focus on particular weaknesses. She is always on time for the lesson and promptly follows up with the post-lesson updated notes.
