About Hana
I am a qualified counselling Psycholgoist. My background core is in CBT and other therapeutic such as psychodynamic therapy, ACT and trauma informed. I have extensive experience working with a range of individuals, including those experiencing symptoms of low mood, anxiety, specific phobias and stress management.

Stress can be very difficult to manage, especially when our life circumstances are tough. I will offer you a space to vent about anything, as well as techniques that can help alleviate stress.
