About Nicola
I am both a practising artist and experienced art teacher. I have highly technical knowledge in teaching painting and drawing, sculpture and printmaking, and after being an educator for the last 15 years, I am currently retraining to become a ceramic artist. I am experienced in teaching many art and design specifications and exam boards both at GCSE and A Level and have expert knowledge of supporting students with their applications and portfolio preparations for creative courses at university. I have also successfully delivered art summer schools for primary age children and evening classes for adults.

I am passionate about my subject and like to make learning enjoyable and fun. I have a wealth of knowledge in many different Art and Design practises and love to see my students develop and progress, no matter what level they are starting at. Each session with me will be bespoke and personalised to support the student's particular needs and interests.
