I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor with over 10 years + experience of training across a variety of sports. Helping busy professionals reach their desired goals, even with a packed schedule. Fitness is extremely important both physically and mentally. It has a complete knock on effect to life! The mission is to help aid you in getting to the best version of yourself! How would you feel in ‘x’ time if you put in that hard work today? Whether you're a beginner looking to establish a consistent exercise routine, seeking expert guidance to overcome exercise anxiety and stress - or aiming to elevate both your physical and mental performance, I am here to support you on your journey! Our training programmes / methods are fully tailored to meet your individual goals, needs, and experience level, with a focus on delivering effective, progressive results. Sessions are designed for clients of all ages and abilities, and are conducted in either a home gym in North / Outdoor park across South West London. (Mobile travel is fine) If you're ready to take the next step towards achieving your fitness goals, don't hesitate to get in touch for a consultation and personalised goal-setting session.

I'm still working with Trungy, but can I say in the two months I've worked with him I've lost a total of 6kg easily. I've had a really bad schedule with work and Trungy has been amazing working through my tough schedule to make sure I meet targets. Since working with him I've passed my police fitness test which would not have been possible without his skills. He always follows up and will provide aftercare and will ask for updates when you're away. The level of care and attention I've received as a client is honestly nothing short of amazing. Not only have I found an amazing trainer but he really treats you like family.
If you're thinking twice about getting a PT I highly highly suggest you work with TTF.
