About Diana
I have been teaching these subjects (anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology) to many nursing students on and off since 1985 and am currently still teaching. I have had excellent results in helping students to switch their brains on and to integrate the right and left brains to help them with the new anatomical language that they have to learn. I help the students to be curious about the body and to learn about their own bodies, to find parts of their bodies like bones, joints and muscles. What has helped students to integrate their left and right brains is to use the Brain Gym movements.

I am a nursing sister and give lessons to all levels of nursing, auxiliary, diploma and bachelor students. I like to use rap to learn anatomy. I also use a lot of short film clips. I do a lot of repetition to anchor learning. I greatly encourage self-directed study for example making their own drawings and getting them to do presentations to other students or to me. If you teach something you learn it!
