About Sean
As a Piano tutor with over 12 years of experience, I have helped many students develop strong musical skills and confidence. I teach school students, college students, and working professionals by creating lessons that are customized to their individual learning needs.
My teaching philosophy emphasizes patience, adaptability, and positive reinforcement. Every student learns differently, so I adjust my teaching methods to ensure steady progress and enjoyable lessons.
Students in my classes learn piano techniques, scales, chords, rhythm exercises, sight reading, ear training, music theory, improvisation, finger exercises, and performance preparation. I focus on helping students understand music while improving their technical abilities.
In addition to Piano, I teach keyboard fundamentals and music reading. These additional skills help students perform confidently and understand music more completely.
I am committed to making every lesson meaningful and motivating. My greatest reward is seeing students become confident musicians who truly enjoy playing Piano.

I believe piano lessons should inspire curiosity, confidence, and creativity. My teaching methodology combines communication, flexibility, creativity, and personalized instruction to help every student achieve steady progress while enjoying the learning process.
Students first build a strong musical foundation through posture, hand position, rhythm, finger exercises, note reading, and music theory. After mastering these basics, they continue with scales, chords, pedal techniques, dynamics, expressive performance, sight reading, and musical interpretation.
Every lesson includes demonstrations, practical exercises, listening activities, and revision. Students are encouraged to understand every concept rather than simply memorizing songs. Personalized practice routines help students improve between lessons.
Students explore a variety of musical styles and develop creativity through accompaniment, improvisation, and musical expression. These activities improve confidence and help students become expressive performers.
Besides piano, I teach keyboard, rhythm training, ear training, music theory, music appreciation, sight reading, beginner composition, and performance preparation. These supporting subjects help students build complete musicianship.
My mission is to create inspiring lessons where students enjoy learning and develop a lifelong appreciation for music.
