About Gerrard
Background: Extensive experience working with individuals, schools, councils, charities, communities and organisations around the UK to successfully improve their physical health, dietary behaviours and performances. I offer a variety of services, including engaging workshops, lectures and training programmes, as well as a catalogue of customised short health, fitness and employability courses.
Methodology: With all my services, the principle is the same. I take learning outcomes from traditional Health & Fitness courses and create routines around them so that people can embed the routines into their lives - then watch these behaviours become health-habits. The techniques and skills involved in achieving and maintaining health and fitness become automated.
