About Sebastian
I have been training both males and females to transform their body and mind for 8 years now. The thing I love most is the results everyone gets and how different they become after each training period. I love helping people as I remember when I first started the gym and how far I have come in my own journey so far, but most importantly how much it has shaped my whole mindset and perspective on life. Physical exercise has changed my life and I want to show you how it can change yours too. I am looking to train someone who wants to create lasting change, and improve themselves beyond what they can even imagine, with my constant guidance, support and knowledge.
