I’m a qualified Pilates, yoga and barre instructor with a lifelong passion for movement and dance. I love helping people feel stronger, more confident and connected to their bodies. Teaching allows me to share my passion for movement while creating a positive, supportive and enjoyable environment where every student can work towards their own goals.

I offer supportive, beginner-friendly online Pilates sessions, adapting each class to your level and needs. With my background in dance, Pilates, yoga and barre, I bring a strong focus on technique, alignment and mindful movement while keeping classes enjoyable and motivating.
