About Hakki

London-born and fluent in both English and Turkish, I graduated in Philosophy from the University of East Anglia and have been teaching in primary schools for four years. I now tutor English and Maths across all KS1 and KS2 levels, tailoring lessons to each child’s needs. My approach is engaging, supportive, and focused on building confidence, strong foundations, and exam readiness. With experience helping bilingual learners and preparing pupils for SATs, I am committed to making learning enjoyable while enabling every student to reach their full potential.

I have been tutoring both Primary Maths and English for the past year at KS1 and KS2 levels with a focus on arithmetic and reasoning for Maths and comprehension and fluency for English.
