About Vicky

I am passionate about helping children build confidence and reach their full potential. After 16 years of teaching in primary education, I have seen first-hand how the right support can transform a child's attitude towards learning and help them achieve things they never thought possible.

I enjoy creating positive learning experiences that are tailored to each child's individual needs, strengths, and interests. Seeing a child gain confidence in reading, master a difficult maths concept, or begin to believe in their own abilities is incredibly rewarding.

Tutoring allows me to provide personalised support and build strong relationships with pupils and their families, helping children make meaningful progress in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Hello, I'm a fully qualified primary teacher with 16 years of classroom experience helping children develop confidence, resilience, and a love of learning.
I offer personalised online tutoring for primary-aged children, tailored to their individual needs and learning style. Whether your child needs support catching up, preparing for SATs, improving reading and writing skills, building maths confidence, or simply gaining self-belief in the classroom, I provide engaging and supportive lessons designed to help them succeed.
My areas of expertise include:
• KS1 and KS2 English and Maths • SATs preparation • Reading, phonics and comprehension • Writing skills and spelling • Maths fluency and problem-solving • Confidence building and study skills • Support for children who may be anxious or lacking confidence in school
As an experienced teacher, I understand that every child learns differently. I create a calm, positive learning environment where children feel comfortable asking questions, taking risks, and celebrating their achievements.
