About MOSTAFA
My name is Mostafa, and I am a final-year medical student as well as a Hafidh of the Qur’an. Teaching has always been my passion, and I am dedicated to helping students of all ages learn with patience, clarity, and encouragement. I specialize in Qur’an recitation with Tajweed, memorization (Hifz), and Arabic language lessons. My teaching style is structured yet flexible: I adapt each lesson to the student’s level, whether they are a complete beginner, a young child starting their first Surah, or an adult learner aiming to strengthen their fluency and understanding. What makes my teaching unique is the combination of authentic recitation, deep knowledge of Arabic, and modern learning techniques that I bring from my academic background. I guide my students step by step, always ensuring they feel confident and motivated in their progress. Above all, I want my students to love what they are learning—to see the Qur’an not just as text to memorize, but as guidance to connect with; and to experience Arabic not as a difficult subject, but as a beautiful and living language. My Approach as a Tutor Teaching Method & Techniques I focus on clarity, patience, and gradual progression. For Qur’an, I emphasize correct Tajweed, understanding meanings, and memorization strategies that make learning enjoyable and sustainable. For Arabic, I use interactive conversations, vocabulary building, and grammar explained simply, so students quickly gain confidence. I adapt my style depending on whether the student is a beginner or advanced. Techniques I use include: Repetition with variation (to reinforce without boredom) Step-by-step scaffolding (breaking complex skills into small, achievable goals) Interactive practice (reading aloud, roleplay, mini-tests) Feedback with encouragement (correcting gently while keeping motivation high) A Typical Lesson Plan Warm-up & Review (5–10 minutes): Quick revision of last lesson (e.g., a short recitation or vocabulary quiz). New Material (20 minutes): Teaching a new Surah passage, Tajweed rule, or Arabic topic. Practice & Correction (15 minutes): Student practices while I guide with real-time corrections. Application (10 minutes): Applying learning in real context (e.g., connecting ayah meanings, simple Arabic dialogue).
