My teaching philosophy centres on engaging students through interactive, differentiated instruction that supports diverse learning styles. I strive to create a classroom environment where students feel safe, respected, and motivated to reach their full potential. I like my students to be able to practise with their strengths and weaknesses, to realise what they like and dislike. I aim to use encouraging behaviour strategies. I hope to achieve this by setting clear expectations and stimulating assessments to motivate students while teaching through inspiring yet encouraging projects.
