About Matthew

I am highly professional and motivated to help you to achieve the best grades. I have worked in colleges, schools, private education, SEN schools, PRUs. This well-rounded attribute allows me to adapt my lessons to overcome any challenges you have. I am forward-thinking and underpin my pedagogy by neuroscience e.g. tailoring my lessons to ensure you remember key concepts over time. I am a tutor who goes above and beyond to ensure you feel supported and empowered to do your very best.
I have been in charge of writing curriculums and leading in education for around 10 years and know what ever challenge you face, together, we can find the solution.

About the lesson

I adapt my lessons to suit the learner. You know your challenges and I can help you find the solutions with tailored 1:1 lessons. I have been an examiner for numerous years and have a proven track record of achieving outstanding results. My lessons are fun, engaging, discussion-based and pushes you to be the best you can be.

Lesson length is what the learner requires. Neuroscience does suggest lesson blocks should be no longer than 50 minutes to help maintain recall.

I have over 10 years of experience as a teacher and tutor. I've been in management roles as well as working with organisations in IT roles e.g. working with West Midlands police with security.
