About Martina
I am a teacher of Italian LS / L2 at various American universities and language schools in Florence. I have a master's degree in Didactics of Italian as a foreign language and DITALS. I prepare students for the CILS exam. I worked abroad for many years.

My approach is mostly communicative and based on the interests of the students. My main goal is to provide high quality stimulating Italian lessons, using a teaching method developed to facilitate communication without neglecting the grammatical aspect. Use of authentic material, in order to provide the student with a vast knowledge of the current Italian language and culture and of contemporary society, at the same time aimed at developing in the student authentic and communicative linguistic skills. The student is encouraged to participate actively rather than passive reception. So the use of games, music, quizzes, interactions, exchange of roles, allow you to learn the Italian language with a right combination of education and fun.
