About Rachel
As a qualified PE teacher and netball coach, I offer active and inspiring sessions to both children and adults working on individual skills, drills and building up to small sided games. I instil a love and passion for the sport whilst improving fitness.

Sessions are entirely practical with a range of activities to improve speed, reaction times and co-ordination which will in turn improve ball handling skills and game awareness throughout match play. Sessions can be high paced to suit children however can be adapted to all skill and exercise levels.
