About Urvasha
I am an educator with 14 years of teaching experience. I have a BCompt degree, PGCE and a BEd Honors degree. I have taught Accounting from Grade 10 to 12 and EMS Grades 8-9. I offer a unique brand of tutoring as I am able to combine the skills and knowledge that I gained while completing Auditing articles with the appropriate teaching qualifications and experience to give a student an in-depth understanding of the subject.

I deliver classes to High school students. I like to find out from the students what their areas of concern are and focus on addressing them. I teach lessons according to the IEB or CAPS curriculum which enables the student to understand the concept and clarify any areas of difficulty. I like to give the student some practice while they are with me so that I can assist them as well as a short activity to practice on their own. Closer to exams we focus on exam related content and how to approach the exam.
