About Esra
Hi all,
I am teaching Turkish since 2003 as a native language and second language. With my self-tailored sources and lessons aiming to improve four language skills, you will see the difference in a short time. As all of us know, to start learning something is not piece of cake which means starting a new language shows your self-confidence and extends your horizons.
Why to learn Turkish? There are lots of reasons to start learning a new language. I know hundreds and hear new ones everyday. Every Turkish learner I've met so far has their own personal reasons for wanting to speak Turkish: history, curiosity, family, education... I want to share some key points about learning Turkish: Learning Turkish means entering into a new linguistic area, Turkish is an agglutinative language. For example, the English sentence "They were not eating." is a single word in Turkish: "eat" is the root word and elements meaning "not" "-ing" "they" and "were" (past tense marker) are all suffixed to it: Yemiyorlardı:)
