About Abdullah
I have qualifications and experience in various areas of sport and fitness, including extensive knowledge in weightlifting, bodyweight exercises, strength gain and weight loss, and martial arts such as karate, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, boxing, Muay-Thai, etc.
Training in all its forms has always been my passion, and I want to share that passion with others.
