As a qualified Dietitian and Yoga Instructor, I am passionate about creating a holistic approach to movement, nutrition and lifestyle. Areas of interest include yin yoga, meditation, whole food nutrition and holistic wellness.
My wish is to support others who are also interested in learning in this space to create a more healthy, holistic and mindful approach to life.

Bachelor of Health Science
Master of Nutrition and Dietetics
Food, Body, Mind short-course (Mindful Dietitian)
200hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training
50hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training
30hr Meditation Instructor Training
Reiki Level 1
Experienced in teaching group Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga in a studio and gym setting in Hobart. Flexible in adapting the teaching style and level of yoga to suit the needs of the student. Offering a supportive and non-judgemental approach to learning in the area of yoga, meditation and spiritual development. Sessions range from 60-90 mins, depending on student preferences and desired learning goals. Sessions available online or face-to-face (depending on location).
