He explains things clearly and uses real-world examples to make the actual practice of law easier to understand. I especially appreciated that he spoke honestly about the realities of different legal paths, rather than giving generic advice. He has deep knowledge of tax and startup law, and he can connect that knowledge to practical, real-world examples. He is patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping students understand the material and think through their goals.
