A sports coach is a state-trained professional specializing in physical coaching. He (or she) uses different methods and materials to help achieve objectives set in pairs with the client. Whether on Montpellier or around (up to 30km) and taking into account your various constraints (availability and injuries for example), your home sports coach, outside or in theaters, becomes a real asset for your motivation . Depending on your location, you will agree to an outdoor meeting, whether in one of the parks in the area, on a beach by the sea, directly in urban or even on a stadium. Outdoors, you will discover an unlimited playground, allowing to vary the best sessions and exercises. Supervised by our team of health professionals (doctors and sports physiotherapists if needed), everything will be done to ensure the success of your projects. In addition, we offer different types of well-being sessions, such as sophrology, massage or even SPA treatments. > Progress with others By adapting to your respective levels, your sports coach will fully demonstrate innovation by offering you exercises in common.
