About Keeley
Hi, I’m Keeley — a first-grade teacher, tutor, and the founder of Magnolia Lane Learning. I’ve always loved working with children because the early years of learning are so important. Confidence, reading skills, and a love for learning often begin here, and I enjoy helping students feel successful during that process.
I work with students from kindergarten through fifth grade in reading, phonics, writing, and literacy support. My approach is patient, encouraging, and individualized because no two children learn the same way. Some students need help filling in gaps, some need extra confidence, and others simply do better with one-on-one attention and a calm learning environment.
As a classroom teacher, I understand the expectations students face in school and how frustrating learning can feel when something doesn’t click right away. I use research-based strategies, including Science of Reading practices, to help students build strong foundational skills in a way that feels manageable and positive.
I also believe parents deserve to feel informed and supported. I keep communication open, provide progress updates, and work closely with families so we can celebrate growth together.
My goal is simple: to help children feel confident, capable, and proud of themselves as learners.

**Certified First Grade Teacher | Reading, Phonics & Math Tutor for K–3**
Hi! I’m Keeley Vaught, a first-grade teacher and the owner of Magnolia Lane Learning. I work with young learners in kindergarten through third grade who need extra support, confidence, or enrichment in reading, phonics, writing, and math.
I know that early elementary years matter so much. Some children need help filling gaps, some need a confidence boost, and others just learn better with one-on-one attention. My goal is to make learning feel encouraging, calm, and successful for every child.
I create tutoring sessions based on each student’s needs and learning style. Whether your child is struggling with reading, needs phonics support, or could benefit from extra practice in math, I meet them where they are and help them grow step by step.
