About Tiphaine
Student at Neoma Business School, I am passionate about sports. Indeed, I practiced dance for 9 years, climbing and badminton for 3 years, as well as 2 years of artistic gymnastics. Since 2020 I have started practicing cheerleading, yoga, muscular strengthening and hiit cardio.
This year I was able to conceive dance show during a summer camp for children and teenagers between 5 and 17.

The lessons take place outdoors, the place is to be defined together; I adapt my lessons place according to where you are. During each session, I add a warm-up and stretching.

Deadly! Tiphaine m'a aidé à me renforcer musculairement et à perdre du poids, ses exercices très nombreux et variés ont équilibré ce renforcement et m'ont permis de ne pas me lasser. Par ailleurs Tiphaine est encourageante et sans jugement ce qui est une aide quand on peine un peu.
