About Robert
My name is Robert, but most people call me Rob. I was born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario — a working city on the edge of two countries, where you learn early that clear communication is how things get done.
I have spent my career in demanding, fast-paced environments where the ability to speak clearly, listen carefully, and be understood was not optional. I have worked alongside people from every background and I know how to meet someone where they are.
I am currently writing a non-fiction book — which means language is not just something I teach, it is something I work with every day. I think carefully about words. I know how to explain things in plain English without talking down to anyone.
I am patient, straightforward, and I genuinely believe that everyone has something valuable to say. My job is to help you say it in a way that gets you where you want to go.
