About Oscar
I'm a professional freelance producer and artist based in London, I've produced for artists on major labels, created soundtracks for film and fashion and toured the world under my own project (oxhy).
Along the way I've developed a wide range of experience writing, performing, mixing and mastering to a professional level.
I've tutored a number of students into full-time musicians and mentored them through their journeys as independent artists.

I pride myself on creating lessons that are open and creatively liberating; there’s no one-size-fits-all approach.
Instead, my sessions start where you’re at. Want to improve your sound design? Get some expert advice on songs you’ve already made? Go deep into music theory and mixing? Whatever the pathway, I develop a curriculum built around you.
Fear not if you’re a complete beginner — we can start at the most simple introductory level and get you making music ASAP.
Lessons take place either in my fully equipped North London studio or online.
In person you’ll have the chance to make as much noise as you like and explore the full extent of your creativity whereas online is better suited to those looking for mentorship based around an already existing practice
