About Yasmene
I used to think education was useless and a waste of my time, I was purposely acting “dumb” to be in lower sets so I could day dream all day. My teachers constantly told me I had potential and I was lazy and I didn’t care for their opinions. In year9, I met a science teacher who was so patient with me and taught me biology in a way that I actually understood and enjoyed. I promised to help others love learning and actually understand the work in front of them!
