About Edoardo
My name is Edoardo Scala, I am 23 and I am a newly graduate at the University of Palermo in the master's degree course Modern Languages and Translation for International Relations, curriculum of Islamic Arabic studies. During the last year I won the scholarship for the Double Degree Program with the French University of Lorraine, in Nancy. During my stay in the French city, I did an internship at the International Relations Office of the University of Lorraine, providing support to foreign students. Two years ago I obtained the bachelor's degree in Linguistic Mediation and Teaching Italian Language to foreigners people. In these three academic years I have been undertaken the study of the Arabic language and continued my English studies. During this journey I did an internship at the school "Ignazio Buttitta" as a teacher of Italian for foreigners people

The method I use requires that the rules of the language are taught explicitly; an example of this method can be the grammatical - translation method. As it regards the approach, I prefer the communicative one - which aims to teach communicative skills in a foreign language. It is important that language teaching takes place in a peaceful environment, giving priority to affective and emotional aspects during the learner acquisition process.
