About Daphne
I graduated in May 2024 with my B.A. in journalism from USC, completing my degree in 3 years.
In the past three years, I've published my own poetry book, have written award-winning pieces, and have utilized my writing skills at different internships and jobs.
As a graduate student, I have taken on an additional level of professionalism, especially since I am now at the business school studying marketing. I am always on time to meetings and will make my colleagues aware of any absences with ample time.
I excel at communication and will always make sure to respond to inquiries within a reasonable amount of time.

I always meet the students where they are, and will always be considerate of ESL students. As the daughter of immigrants and a polyglot myself, I know first hand the grammatical, pronunciation, and comprehension roadblocks that may inhibit an individual's English fluency and writing ability.
I am more than able to cover a wide array of writing and English-related topics, whether that be pronunciation practices, essay writing, copy editing, etc. at any level.
Typical course plans depend on the asks of the student and what they want to focus on, i.e. grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, etc.
