I have always loved reading. Every single year, all I've asked for is books. Naturally, that means that I have always been in love with the subject that is English.
Throughout high school,I helped peers write essays and study for exams, leading to an increase in their marks. That is exactly whatI'd like to do for you.
I have never gotten anything below an A for English, a secret formula I would love to pass on to you. When we're done, I hope to not only have helped you raise the bar, but I also hope to have inspired a love for literature within you.

My English lessons use pop culture and literature to find the intersection that is relateability.
That looks like watching and dissecting The Lion King to study Shakespeare's Hamlet or using the Literary references in Taylor Swift's music to study the classics in poetry.
I believe that literature is made fun by the person that teaches it and fun is what I aim to be. Identifying your learning style and adapting our lessons to it. If you are a visual learner, expect mind maps, colour and videos.
An auditory learner? Let's use your favourite genre, or even historical musicals, to help you develop your essay writing skills!
My tutoring lessons are open to learners from Grade 8 to Matric. After our lessons, I can guarantee that you'll be able to receive the 94% I received in my English finals too!
