About Leigh-Anne
I am a Master Coach who specializes in supporting individuals, families, groups and organizations to break the dysfunctional behaviour caused by the use of habit forming substances. I have extensive experience working with substance use, addiction and mental health disorders.
I practice and coach in Oaklands, Johannesburg and I also work with international clients and coaches via video conferencing.

I use a combination of systemic coaching and adult education which is client-led and solutions-focused. My clients are the central point to developing a recovery wellness plan that is based on their personal and professional needs, wants, values and goals.
The tools, skills and practices I work with are drawn from the areas of substance use treatment, positive psychology, neurobiology, cognitive behavioural therapy, goal setting, lifestyle management, personal and professional development models, as well as other area of human behavioural studies.
