About Ingrid

Armed with 12+ years of recruitment/talent acquisition & Human Resources (HR) experience across industries like tech and energy, with top global companies Google, Shell & Robert Walters.

I have interviewed and assessed thousands of candidates, and helped them navigate rigorous interview processes, and land their dream jobs and careers at companies like Google and Shell. I have experience in coaching and mentoring in different capacities (both within my previous organisations and independently, as a career consultant with Talent Tribe Asia, a job search platform for millenials).

I am a high-performing professional with a consistent track record of top performance ratings at the companies I worked for, and was part of prestigious top talent programs there. I also graduated with a Bachelor's of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, which is ranked #8 in the world in the QS World University Rankings.

I work well across different cultures, having lived and worked internationally in London, Singapore, Seoul and Sweden.
