I am passionate about the health sciences and sharing my knowledge with students! I am patient, will meet you where you are, tailor lessons specifically for you, and take pride in being able to break information down into understandable pieces. I loved learning all the subjects in nursing school and graduated with honors. After working in the industry for a few years, I have the experience to back up information with real world examples, too! If possible, it would be great to know ahead of time what my students want to cover, or at least in a general sense. That way, I can prepare as much as possible on my end. However, I also operate in the fashion of taking whatever questions and assignments come up as they come up and tackling them head on with the student. If a student needs more time, I will do my best to just continue with the session until all questions and needs are met or arrange a time as soon as possible to finish up with the student. I feel what sets me apart is that I also am friendly and am empathetic to any struggles or challenges students might be having in the school realm. I also remain open and flexible to whatever comes up that the student needs. We can use a virtual whiteboard, Zoom, or another platform to communicate. My lessons are for any nursing student (university, community college, RN/BSN level).
