About Lauren
I am a qualified Mathematics and Geography Teacher. Following the completion of my Leaving Cert I was a UCD student and studied Geography and Mathematics as a joint major. I then completed my teaching qualification in NUIG. I may not have been naturally gifted in mathematics in my schooling but I put serious focus and hard work into getting what I wanted in terms of grades. This has made me well equipped to help and understand students problems and struggles as I had to pay attention to these struggles myself to overcome them. I know what helped me be successful in Maths and now have the opportunity to help other students

I offer a minimum of 1 hour sessions catered specifically to every student I encounter. I take time to learn where they struggle and we pay particular focus to these areas, looking at the theory behind the topics and focusing highly on exam questions and exam papers. I am well equipped to help with any problems they may face and offer solutions to support them in achieving their goals. I am patient and proactive in my teaching.
